We were thrilled to take part in this year’s Sheep Drive, organised by the Woolmens’ Company, where Freemen of the City enjoyed the rare and historic privilege of driving sheep across Southwark Bridge!
To celebrate this unique City tradition, we opened the Hall to members and their families, and welcomed 30 excited children from our three Drapers’ primary schools. The Hall was filled with laughter and creativity as the children decorated sheep-shaped biscuits, had their faces painted, and joined in the festivities. It was a joyful, woolly, and wonderfully memorable day for everyone involved, a perfect reminder of the spirit of fellowship and fun that brings the Drapers’ community together.
